Going natural, is also a good reason to research natural products. After viewing this video, it made me ponder the things I put on and in my body:

Annabel: I transitioned from relaxed to natural hair from March 2011 until December 2011. Now I'm fully natural and am trying to figure out the best way to care for my hair. My goal is to grow long, but above all HEALTHY natural hair. One obstacle that has made having natural hair challenging is my late discovery of my low porosity hair. It's really difficult for water and moisture to penetrate my hair. I hope my methods to care for my low porosity hair will help others out there.
